Friday Nites in Caroline kicks off in January with “A Breath of Fresh Air.” A local favorite, this group presents fresh jazz with a twist of hip-hop. You’ll have trouble staying in your seats! Roger McKnight, Tom (T.C.) Coursey and the crew deliver their smooth sounds at the Caroline County Public Library’s Central Library, 100 Market Street, Denton on Friday, January 13 at 7:00 pm. Admission is free.

With over 30 years of performing experience, “A Breath of Fresh Air” band members bring historical old school smooth Jazz and Rhythm and Blues sounds to Friday Nites. Band members have played with legends in the music industry including The Platters, The Intruders, Lou Rawls, Bill Pinkney, the original Drifters and the Godfather of Soul himself, James Brown!

For more information contact the Library at 410-479-1343 or info@carolib.org. Friday Nites in Caroline is presented by the Caroline County Council of Arts, the Caroline County Public Library, Caroline County Recreation and Parks, with support from Caroline County Public Schools, Tri Gas & Oil, Best Western Denton Inn, Eastern Shore Regional Library, and the Maryland State Arts Council.
