According to Caroline County Sheriff’s Office Teresa Holden and Joshua Bain were ordered held without bond at the Caroline County Detention Center.

On January 22, 2017 the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation into a burglary that occurred on Burrsville Road, Denton, Maryland. During the investigation deputies met with the victim(s) who advised someone entered their residence and removed several items of ladies clothing, shoes and DVD’s. The value of the items were less than $1,000.00.

 

 

Deputies also spoke to witnesses who advised they observed Teresa Holden enter the victim(s) residence through the rear door and exit the residence through the front door carrying a black tote. The witnesses advised they observed Holden place the black tote on the rear seat of a black Buick passenger car and than enter the passenger side front door of the vehicle. The witnesses advised the vehicle than left and proceeded on Burrsville Road. The witnesses were able to obtain a photograph of the vehicle along with the vehicle registration.

 

 

Based on the information through the deputies investigation the Caroline County Criminal Investigations Division obtained an arrest warrant for Holden and on January 24, 2017 deputies executed a search and seizure warrant on a residence located on Brookwood Road, Greensboro, Maryland. During the execution of the search and seizure warrant items linking Holden to the burglary were located inside a bedroom occupied by her and Joshua Bain. Also located in the same bedroom was one unopened Suboxone strip along with a clear plastic bag containing Cocaine.

 

Holden and Bain was placed under arrest and taken to the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office for processing and interviews. During a post Miranda interview Bain provided deputies with information as to where the remaining stolen items were. Deputies were able to respond to two different locations within Caroline County and obtain the remaining stolen items.

Throughout the investigation it was further learned that Holden and Bain were involved in the illegal distribution of Percocets and Xanax pills. Both Bain and Holden were charged with various criminal charges and ordered held without bond at the Caroline County Detention Center.

  5. Nike Hurraches shoes
  6. Nike Air Force One shoes
  7. Vans shoe (left shoe only)
  8. Numerous DVD’s
