New Mill Capital To Auction Former Kraft Heinz Bakery in Maryland Firm will hold an auction for all production equipment on April 13th Federalsburg, MD – New Mill Capital Holdings ( is set to auction all production equipment of the recently acquired Kraft Heinz bakery in Federalsburg, MD. The 103,000 square-foot plant, previously served as a bread and dehydrated product production operation for Stove Top Stuffing among other products.


“While we had a number of interested suitors for the bakery in its current capacity, ultimately we have solidified a new operator for the location outside of the bakery vertical, which means the processing and production equipment needs to be monetized now.” said Eric Weiler, Principal of New Mill Capital Holdings. “This is a great opportunity for anyone in the market for late model bread product or crouton production equipment with zero lead time.



The equipment to be sold consists of three complete bread lines, large Peerless batch mixers, dough dividing, tray ovens, metal detection, ambient spiral systems, size reduction, dryers, bulk packaging and process & plant support equipment. The auction will be conducted online only with bidding opening April 1 st and closing April 13 th The plant is located at 300 Reliance Avenue in Federalsburg, MD, and interested buyers are welcome to schedule and equipment inspection at anytime by appointment or attend open inspection of the equipment on April 11 th and 12 th.
