Denton Police arrested Charles Carpenter, 24 of Goldsboro, and Xavier Glasco, 24 of Greensboro -Denton Police charged Franklin Demarco, 33 of Greensboro – Denton Police charged Adrian Baltimore, 27 of Easton MD.
Date: 03/24/2017 Theft under $1000 Location: 600 block LEGION RD Incident
Denton Police investigated a theft. On March 24, 2017 Walmart loss prevention staff reported that an unknown black male entered the store, placed two vacuum cleaners in a shopping cart and left the store Without paying for them. A photo of the suspect was placed on the Department Facebook page and the suspect was identified as Xavier Glasco.
On April 6, 2017 Walmart loss prevention staff observed Glasco on the property. Contact was made with Glasco and he was issued a criminal citation charging him with theft under $1,000.00. Glasco was released upon receipt of that citation.

Denton Police charged Franklin Demarco, 33 of Greensboro, with theft under $100.00. Walmart loss prevention staff reported observing Demarco conceal merchandise in a pants pocket. Demarco then checked out through the self check out lanes. A receipt check was conducted and Demarco was found to be in possession of other merchandise that was not on the receipt but were in the shopping bags. Demarco was issued a criminal citation charging him with the above violation and was release upon receipt of the citation.

Denton Police charged Adrian Baltimore, 27 of Easton MD for driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle. Police stopped a 2007 Saturn for an equipment violation (headlight out) and identified the operator as Baltimore. A check of MWA records revealed the tag that was displayed on the vehicle was not issued to that vehicle and that the vehicle was not currently registered. There was no insurance record for the Vehicle either. Baltimore Was issued citations for the above Violations and released upon receipt of those citations. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

for controlled dangerous substance violations. Police stopped a vehicle in reference to an unrelated criminal matter and identified the occupants as the above listed suspects. Glasco was taken into custody for the unrelated matter and a search of his person was conducted incident to that arrest. During the search officers located a syringe and a spoon that contained suspected heroin residue. A small quantity of suspected heroin was also located in Glasco’s Wallet. Police then conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle and located a second syringe on the passenger side floor. Carpenter was then taken into custody for CDS violations.
Carpenter was charged with possession of CDS administering equipment and taken before a District Court Commissioner who ordered Carpenter released on his own recognizance after an initial appearance hearing.
Glasco was charged with possession of CDS not marihuana, possession of CDS paraphernalia and possession of CDS administering equipment and taken before a District Court Commissioner who ordered Glasco released on his own recognizance after an initial appearance hearing.
