Warrant Service:

On September 24, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Syrinthia Ann Foster, 44 of Easton, MD. On September 6, 2017 an arrest warrant was issued by the Caroline County District Court for failure to appear at a court hearing for charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Foster was taken before a District Court Commissioner and was ordered held at the Talbot County Detention Center on a $3,000 bond.

 

 

CDS ARREST:  

On September 23, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office stopped a motor vehicle on Ocean Gateway at Dutchman’s Lane for an equipment violation. The driver was identified as Danaisha Kechae Murray, 26 of Easton, MD. Upon contact with Murray, the Deputy detected the odor of marijuana and conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle. During the search, marijuana was located and Murray was issued a civil citation charging her with possession of marijuana. Murray was released on her signature.

 

 

Warrant Service:

On September 25, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tradon Martice McCants, 26 of Baltimore, MD. On September 20, 2017 an arrest warrant was issued by the Talbot County Circuit Court for failing to appear for court on charges of driving while suspended. McCants was taken before a District Court Commissioner and ordered held at the Talbot County Detention Center without bond pending further court action.

 

 

Warrant Service:

On September 25, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Demian Juniper Savits, 48 of Easton, MD. On August 21, 2017 an arrest warrant was issued by the Talbot County District Court for failure to appear for a scheduled court hearing on charges of driving without a license. Savits was seen by a District Court Commissioner and was released on his personal recognizance.

 

 

Warrant Service:

On September 26, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tajmiere O. Nixon, 36 of Easton, MD. On September 7, 2017 two arrest warrants were issued by the Talbot County Circuit Court for failure to appear at scheduled court hearings. Nixon was taken before a District Court Commissioner and ordered held at the Talbot County Detention Center on a $2,000 bond.

 

 

Warrant Service:  

On September 26, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Willie F. Ames Jr., 34 of Queenstown, MD. On May 15, 2017 and June 7, 2017 arrest warrants were issued by the Talbot County Circuit Court for failure to appear for scheduled court hearings. Ames was ordered held at the Talbot County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

 

 

Warrant Service:

On October 2, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joshuah Xavier Carpenter, 27 of Oxon Hill, MD. On August 26, 2017 an arrest warrant was issued by the Talbot County Circuit Court for failure to appear at a scheduled hearing on charges of burglary, assault, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, theft and driving without a license. Carpenter was ordered held at the Talbot County Detention Center on a $178.00 cash bond.

 

 

Warrant Service:

On October 5, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Rhea P. Rookard, 20 of Easton, MD. On September 26, 2017 and October 4, 2017 arrest warrants were issued by the Talbot County District Court for violation of probation. Rookard violated terms of her probation on original charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of paraphernalia, malicious destruction of property, disorderly conduct, trespassing and intoxicated endanger. Rookard was taken before a District Court Commissioner and was released on an unsecured bond of $6,000.

 

 

Trespassing Arrest:   

On October 7, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 9000 block of Milby Drive, Easton, MD for a trespassing complaint. Stacey Linn West, 49 of Easton, MD entered upon the property after being formally notified not to enter said property. Deputies made contact with West who admitted to being on the property. West was issued a criminal citation charging her with trespassing. West was released upon her signature on the citation.

 

 

Warrant Arrest:

On October 7, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Michael Edward Brummell Jr., 37 of Easton, MD.  An arrest warrant was issued by the Dorchester County District Court for failure to appear at a scheduled violation of probation hearing. Brummell was also served with a retake warrant issued by the Talbot County Detention Center for failing to report for weekend incarceration on a disorderly conduct conviction. Brummell was ordered held at the Talbot County Detention Center on the retake warrant.

 

 

Assault Arrest:  

On October 7, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 31000 block of Bruceville Road, Trappe, MD for an assault involving a knife. Upon arrival Deputies met with Robert Michael Leneski, 55 and Sabrina Monique DiPaulo, 34 both of Trappe, MD. Investigation determined that Leneski and DiPaulo were involved in a physical altercation at their residence while intoxicated which led to DiPaulo stabbing Leneski in the back causing minor injuries.  DiPaulo was placed under arrest and charged with assault and reckless endangerment.  DiPaulo was taken before the District Court Commissioner where she was ordered held without bond.  Leneski was later treated and released from University of Maryland Shore Regional Health in Easton.
