Date: 10/27/2017  Miscellaneous Location : 600 block N 6TH ST

Denton Police charged Taylor Brickhouse, 25 of Camden-Wyoming DE, with driving on a suspended license. Police responded the Burger King for a reported disturbance. On arrival several vehicles attempted to leave, and they were stopped for investigative purposes. Brickhouse was operating one of those vehicles. An MVA check revealed that Brickhouse’s license was suspended and there was an active bench warrant from Salisbury for Brickhouse. The warrant was served without incident and Brickhouse Was taken before a District Court Commissioner Who ordered Brickhouse released on her own recognizance after an initial appearance hearing. Brickhouse was issued a citation for driving on a suspended license and released upon receipt of that citation.

 

 

Date: 10/28/2017  Operating Unregistered Motor Vehicle Location: S 5TH AV

Denton Police charged Tevron Brown, 23 of Greensboro, with numerous motor vehicle registration violations. Police stopped a 1999 Ford for displaying registration plates that expired in 2011 and identified the operator as Brown. Police conducted an MVA registration check and were unable to locate any information indicating the vehicle was currently registered. Brown was issued citations for displaying expired registration plates, driving Without current registration plates, fail to display registration card, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating an uninsured vehicle. Brown was released at the scene after receiving the citations and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

 

 

Date: 11/02/2017  Theft from $100 to under $1500 Location: 600 block LEGION RD

Denton Police charged Corinna Goloski, 32 of Queen Anne MD, with theft between $100 and $1500. Walmart loss prevention reported observing Goloski placing items inside of a tote then exit the store without paying for the items. Loss prevention stopped Goloski in the vestibule of the store. Goloski then abandoned the cart and left the store. Police were able to identify and contact Goloski who agreed to meet police. Goloski was issued a criminal citation charging her with the above offence and was released upon receipt of that citation.

 

 

Date: 11/02/2017 Violate Exparte/Protective Order 1st Offense Location: 600 block LEGION RD

Denton Police arrested Christopher Kellenbenz, 21 of Denton, for a protective order violation. Walmart staff reported a male and female acting suspiciously in the store. Officers identified both, on being Kellenbenz. A records check revealed that there was an active protective order ordering Kellenbenz not to contact the female. Kellenbenz was taken into custody, charged with the above Violation and taken before a District Court Commissioner Who ordered Kellenbenz held Without bail after an initial appearance hearing.
