CDS Arrest:    

On November 5, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office stopped a motor vehicle for an equipment violation. Upon contact with the operator, Lindsay Michelle Hendrix, 36 of Milton, DE, the Deputies discovered Hendrix license was suspended. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted and a controlled dangerous substance was located. Hendrix was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license. Hendrix was taken before a District Court Commissioner and released on an unsecured bond of $3,000.

 

 

 

Warrant Arrest:  

On November 5, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Marquse Jayvon Allen Gantt, 21 of Milton, DE. Warrants were issued from Caroline, Dorchester and Talbot County Courts charging Gantt with failing to appear at scheduled court hearings on charges of driving without a license. Gantt was taken before a District Court Commissioner and was released on his personal recognizance on all three warrants.

 

 

Warrant Arrest:   

On November 14, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Barton Pittman, 57 of St. Michaels, MD. On November 7, 2017 an arrest warrant was issued by the Talbot County Circuit Court for violation of probation on original conviction of possession of a controlled substance. Pittman was taken before a District Court Commissioner and ordered held at the Talbot County Detention Center without bond.

 

 

Warrant Arrest:  

On November 15, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Claudia Tanika Gibson, 42 of Easton, MD. On November 9, 2017 an arrest warrant was issued by the Talbot County District Court for violation of probation. Gibson was taken before a District Court Commissioner and released on her personal recognizance.

 

 

Warrant Arrest:    

On November 15, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brandon M. Bonner, 27 of Queen Anne, MD on a Talbot County District Court Warrant. Bonner was processed and taken before a District Court Commissioner who released him on his personal recognizance.

 

 

Warrant Arrest:  

On November 15, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Heidi L. Blizzard, 36 of Easton, MD on a Talbot County District Court Warrant. Blizzard was taken before a District Court Commissioner and released on a $10,000 unsecured bond.

 

 

Warrant Arrest:    

On November 16, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kendrick C. Herbert, 26 of Trappe, MD. On November 6, 2017 an arrest warrant was issued by the Talbot County Circuit Court for violation of probation by failing to appear at a scheduled court appearance on charges of possessing a controlled substance with the intent to distribute. Herbert was ordered held at the Talbot County Detention Center without bond pending further court action.

 

 

Trespassing Arrest:

On November 16, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 12000 block of Wye Landing Lane, Wye Mills, MD for a trespassing on private property. Deputies made contact with Charles Dominick Page, 37 of Baltimore, MD who advised he was bird watching on the property and did not realize he was trespassing. Deputies noted that the property was clearly posted with no trespassing and private property signs, which Page drove past. At the request of the property owner, Page was issued a criminal citation and charged with trespassing on posted property.  Page was released on his signature pending trial.

 

CDS Arrests:

On November 22, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office stopped a motor vehicle on Ocean Gateway at Dover Road for an equipment violation. Upon making contact with the driver, Allison Marie Pierson, 21 of Chester, MD, Pierson advised the Deputy she had Marijuana on her person.  The Deputy performed a search of the vehicle and located Marijuana and related paraphernalia.  Pierson was issued a civil citation for possession of marijuana and was released upon her signature.
