Americans probably gain only a pound during the winter holiday season — but this extra weight accumulates through the years and may be a major contributor to obesity later in life,” finds a study conducted by the National Institutes of Health (NIH).  To prevent gaining weight during the holidays, come to the park to exercise.  There are many activities that the individual or family will enjoy this month and the park programs are free.  No membership dues are required each month.  Look at our schedule below.  If you have questions, call the park office at 820-1668.
