Talbot County Sheriff’s make arrests and serve warrants on the following people (1/15/2018)

CDS Arrest:           

On January 022018, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of a Police Officer with the Department of Natural Resources conducted welfare check on an occupant of a vehiclstopped at the Cordova Fire Department Parking Lot.  Upon making contact with the occupant, Brandon Michael Howard Trice, 29 of Cordova, MD it was determined Trice was in distress and was removed from the vehicle. Deputies administered narcan to Trice which resulted in his regaining consciousness. In plain view inside the vehicle Deputies observed heroin and paraphernalia for injecting heroin. Trice was transported to Easton Memorial Hospital and upon his release was charged with possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. Trice was seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on his personal recognizance.   

 

 

 

Warrant Service:       

On January 022018, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Lucas John Merriken, 22 of St. Michaels, Maryland on a Talbot County District Court Bench Warrant. Merriken was taken before District Court Commissioner and was released on personal recognizance.

 

 

 

Warrant Service:         

On January 3, 2018, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Alexander P. McEntee, 35 of St. Michaels, MD. On December 28, 2017 an arrest warrant was issued by the Talbot County District Court for violation of probation. McEntee was taken before a District Court Commissioner and was released on hispersonal recognizance. 

 

 

 

CDS Arrests:           

On December 31, 2017Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 11000 block of Old Skipton Road for a report of a large party involving underage drinking. Deputies made contact with Darrion Lamont Jenkins19 of Cordova, MD and Amanda Leigh Retallack21 of Easton, MD in a vehicle parked behind the residence. Deputies detected aodor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and conducted a probable cause search resulting in the seizure of marijuana and paraphernalia. Jenkins and Retallack were issued civil citations for possession of marijuana and were released on their signature.

 

 

 

CDS Arrest:       

On January 7, 2018Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office stopped a motor vehicle on Ocean Gateway near Boh Brooks Road for a moving violation. Deputies made contact with the driver, Seth Evan Brennick, 23 of Trappe, MD and developed probable cause to conduct a search of the vehicle. Deputies located marijuana in Brennick’s vehicle as well as on his person.  Brennick was issued a civil citation for possessing marijuana and a traffic citation for speeding.  Brennick was released upon his signature.

 

 

Warrant Arrest:           

On January 10, 2018, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Christopher Lee Young, 34 of Royal Oak, MD on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. On January 2, 2018 the Circuit Court of Talbot County issued a warrant for failing to appear for a scheduled hearing. Young was taken to the Talbot County Detention Center where he was held without bond pending an appearance in front of the Circuit Court Judge for a bond review.

 

 

Warrant Arrest:          

On January 11, 2018, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Christopher Lee Chambers, 45 of Easton, MD on a Circuit Court Warrant. Chambers was taken to the Talbot County Detention Center being held without bond pending further action by the Talbot County Circuit Court. 

 

 

Warrant Arrest:           

On January 11, 2018, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tyron Maurice Green, 34 of Easton, MD on an arrest warrant issued by the Circuit Court of Talbot CountyThe warrant was issued due to Green failing to appear at a scheduled court appearance. Green was ordered held at the Talbot County Dentition Center pending further action by the Circuit Court

 

 

Warrant Arrest:          

On January 11, 2018, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Anthony Bennett Adams, 36 of Easton, MD on an arrest warrant issued by the Circuit Court for Dorchester County. An arrest warrant was issued due to Adams failing to appearfor a scheduled hearing. Adams was transported to the Dorchester County Detention Center being held without bond pending his court appearance. 

 

 

 

 

Warrant Arrest:          

On January 11, 2018, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Rahkeem Javier Beck, 20 of Easton, MD on two outstanding arrest warrants issued by the Talbot County Circuit Court. The warrants charged Beck with violating the conditions of his probation. Beck was ordered held at the Talbot County Detention Center without bond pending further court action

 

 

CDS Arrest:          

On January 112018Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office stopped motor vehicle on Tread Avon Avenue near South Street for a moving violation.  Deputies made contact with the driver, Christian Joel Lovo Portillo, 18 and a passenger, Andy Julian Fuentes, 18 both of Easton, Maryland and detected the odor of marijuanaA probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted and Deputies located marijuana and paraphernalia on the person of Fuentes. Fuentes was issued a civil citation for possession of marijuana and was released on his signature. 

 

 

CDS Arrests:       On January 11, 2018Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office stopped a motor vehicle on Matthewstown Road for moving violations. Deputies made contact with the driver, Joshua David Dulin20 of Cordova, MD and detected the odor of marijuana in the vehicle. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed marijuana and paraphernalia. Dulin was issued a civil citation for possession of marijuana and released on his signature.

 

 

Warrant Service:        

On January 13, 2018, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tina Marie McEntee, 32 of St. Michaels, MD on a Talbot County District Court warrant. McEntee was charged with violation of probation and ordered held at the Talbot County Detention Center without bond pending further court action
