According to Talbot County Sheriff’s Office:

 

Warrant Arrest:             

On January 18, 2018, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Heidi Lynn Blizzard, 36 of Easton, MD on a Talbot County District Court warrant. Blizzard was taken before a District Court Commissioner who ordered her held at the Talbot County Detention Center pending further court action. When released, Blizzard will be turned over to the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding Circuit Court warrant. 

 

 

CDS Arrests:               

On January 20, 2018Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office stopped a motor vehicle on Ocean Gateway in Easton for a moving violation. The driver was identified as Lydia Miller18 and a front seat passenger identified as Ashley Straubmiller19 both of Greensboro, MD. Deputies detected the odor of marijuana and conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle. During the search, Deputies located marijuana and paraphernalia. Miller and Straubmiller were issued civil citations for possession of marijuana and released upon their signatures.

 

 

CDS Arrests:              

On January 20, 2018Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office stopped a motor vehicle on Black Dog Alley Road near Swann Haven Roafor a moving violation. Deputies identified the driver as DeVonteVannia Roberts20 of Easton, MD and detected an odor of marijuana in the vehicle. probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted and marijuana was located. Roberts was issued a civil citation for possession of marijuana and was released upon his signature. 

 

 

CDS Arrests:          

On January 21, 2018Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office stopped a motor vehicle on Ocean Gateway near Landing Neck Road for a moving violationThe driver was identified as Amber Snyder27 of Easton, MD and upon contact; the Deputies detected the odor of marijuana.  Deputies conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle and located marijuana and related paraphernalia.  Snyder was issued a civil citation for possession of marijuana and released upon her signature.

 

 

 

 

Warrant Arrest:             

On January 25, 2017, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested John Morgan Flowers, 26 of Easton, MD on a bench warrant issued by the Talbot County District Court. Flowers was processed and turned over to the Maryland State Police for additional charges. Flowers was ultimately released by a District Court Commissioner. 

 

 

CDS Arrests:             

On January 26, 2018Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office stopped a motor vehicle on Oxford Road near Easton Parkway for driving without headlights illuminated. Deputies identified the driver as Morgan Taylor Reno20 and a front seat passenger as Alexa Maryn Ray20 both of Stevensville, MD. Deputies detected the odor of marijuana inside the vehicle and a probable cause search was conducted. Deputies located marijuana and related paraphernalia, issuing Reno and Ray civil citations for possession of marijuana. Reno and Ray were released upon their signature.

 

 

Warrant Arrest:        

On January 27, 2017Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Charles Jackson18 of St Michaels, MD on a bench warrant issued by the Talbot County District Court for failure to appear at a scheduled court hearing. Jackson was ordered held at the Talbot County Detention Center without bond. 

 

 

Burglary:                

On January 27, 2018Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 9000 block of Black Dog Alley for a burglary. It was reported tools were taken from the property with a value of over $1,800.  Investigation led Deputies to the 31000 block of Old Orchard Road, Trappe, MD where contact was made with Brandon Michael Larrimore23 of Trappe, MD and Tiffany Ann Evans20 of Easton, MD. Deputies were able to link Larrimore and Evans to the burglary and recover the stolen property.  Larrimore and Evans were charged with burglary and theft, being released without bond. 

 

 

Warrant Service:          

On January 31, 2018, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Michael Edward Brummell Jr., 37 of Easton, MD on an arrest warrant issued by the Dorchester County District Court for escape. The warrant was issued on January 11, 2018 and forwarded to Talbot County for service. Brummell was taken before a District Court Commissioner and ordered held at the Talbot County Detention Center without bond.

 

 

Warrant Service:              

On February 5, 2018, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested William Randell Long Sr., 43 of Easton, MD. On January 29, 2018 an arrest warrant was issued by the Talbot County Circuit Court for violation of probation. Long was transported Talbot County Detention Center and held on no bond pending further action from the court

 

 

 

Warrant Service:          

On February 5, 2018, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Harold Lee Brown Jr., 21 of Trappe, MD. On February 5, 2018 two arrest warrants were issued by the Talbot County Circuit Court for violation of probation. Brown was transported to the Talbot County Detention Center and held on no bond. 

 

 

 

Warrant Service:         

On February 5, 2018, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph Bruce Janda Jr., 31 of Royal Oak, MD for assault. On January 29, 2018 an arrest warrant was issued by the Talbot County District CourtJanda was taken before a District Court Commissioner and released on his personal recognizance. 

 

 

 

Assault Arrest:            

On February 5, 2018, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the 200 block of Prospect Avenue for a domestic assault. Upon arrival Deputies spoke with Celeste Payne Sanborn, 45 who advised she had been in a verbal confrontation with her live in boyfriend, Brian Paul Petrichenko, 32 both of Easton, MD. Deputies made contact with Petrichenko at the rear of the residence and observed cutting wounds on his torso. Petrichenko advised Sanborn struck him several times with a small sword causing the injuries. Sanborn was placed under arrest and charged with assault with a weapon, assault and use of a weapon to cause injury. Petrichenko was transported to Easton Memorial Hospital for treatment of his injuries. Deputies were able to locate and seize the sword used in the attack. Sanborn was processed and taken before a District Court Commissioner who ordered her held at the Talbot County Detention Center pending a bond review before the District Court Judge. 

 

 

Violation of Protective Order:        

On February 5, 2018,Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office arrested Matthew Patten Wiseman, 45 of RidgelyMD for violating two protective orders.  Wiseman was in Talbot County District Court to plead guilty to a separate case of violating the protective order.  Upon leaving the court house Deputies observed Wiseman in the same vehicle as the protected parties of both the orders.  Deputies stopped the vehicle and Wiseman was taken into custody.  Wiseman was seen by the District Court Commissioner and ordered held at the detention center without bond.    

 

 

 

CDS Arrest:        

On February 1, 2018, Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office stopped a motor vehicle on Black Dog Alley near Matthewstown Road for a moving violation. Deputies made contact with the driver, Saifuddin Michael Yakub19 of Hurlock, MD and detected the odor of marijuana in the vehicle.  A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed marijuana and related paraphernalia.  Yakub was issued a civil citation for possession of marijuana and was released on his signature.
