Caroline County Health Department will be starting a diabetes prevention program for pre-diabetics/borderline diabetics in January 2016. We can now take residents of Dorchester county and Caroline county. Also income screening questions will now be omitted if the participant uses Choptank Community Heath Offices for their primary medical care!!
